While upcoming trends will rise, previous trends have recycled to show their longevity in the industry. Trends featuring sheer textiles, oversized garments, and the Y2k aesthetic have seen new approaches to the execution of old styles. Fashion is cyclical. Consistently pushing the boundaries of recycled trends allows for pieces to last in your wardrobe longer. They increase longevity by altering the silhouettes of garments like trench coats, biker jackets, and suits to update old designs.</p><p style="text-align:auto"></p><p style="text-align:auto">Let’s look at my favorite designers from the trending designs and patterns of 2023.</p><p style="text-align:auto"></p><p style="text-align:auto">Metallics are a look that’s here to stay, designers from Diesel, Alexander McQueen, and Dion Lee have reimagined this classic look. Mostly seen in bodycon silhouettes, loose dresses, and high fashion pieces. From various different washes, cuts, designs, and accessories, denim is a classic fabric that is extremely versatile. Today the runway is able to see more revealing looks like sheer and nude fabrics that reveal the body with an understated approach. Leather jackets have taken new form in bright colors, bulky shoulders, and leather skirts. In 2023 we will see more oversized suits and dramatic shoulders.
